The 19th of is special to us. Our founder was born that day. Our company was officially incorporated that day. So we mark the day by urging others to implement the humble life saving action of performing a self breast exam (no matter how you identify). Or make it more fun by allowing a partner to do so. Either way, we urge you to get it done each month.

Self awareness is key to being in the best of health. Get in the practice of knowing your body and being able to identify any changes in your body could be life saving.

As an official sub club of the international movement, The Forty Plus Double Dutch Club, we encourage you to come and join us Monday Evenings from 6-7:30 pm EST at SCPA.

We get active playing the games that we dis when we were younger. Can’t jump double dutch, don’t worry we’ll teach you. You don’t want to learn, you have plenty of other ways to engage your mind and your body in the fitness, fellowship, and fun. We hope that you return week after week for the friendships that you forge.
